"First off, I work in the medical field myself and was in search of quality therapy. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jo and her staff. She is amazingly skilled, compassionate, and provides only the highest quality of care. I’ve been to other PTs and Dr. Jo’s skills are beyond the norm. I unfortunately had a severe disc protrusion. I suffered for 3 months in pain at another clinic. Dr. Jo actively listened to my concerns and in one visit relieved severe pain significantly. She did not just address my disc herniation, but saw me as a whole. She noticed I was severely weak, had SI joint issues and scoliosis. I’ve been receiving therapy for about a month and a half and feel like Im getting my life back! I am functioning better everyday and significant reduction of pain! Still a long road but I am confident I’m in the right place!

"Dr. Jo is amazing! I have been to several physical therapists but never one like her. Dr. Jo has a holistic approach with her treatments. She educated me on the "healthy" foods that created inflammation in my body. I lost several pounds once I stopped eating those foods. I came to her for my spine and found out that my hip also had major issues. I never realized the pains radiating down my left leg was due to my hip in addition to my spine. Dr. Jo also saved my life. I never had a therapist who took my blood pressure prior to my treatment. One day, I came to my treatment very weak. When she took my blood pressure, it was dangerously low. Dr. Jo immediately went into action to raise my pressure. If I had taken my heart medication, my heart would have stopped. This was confirmed by my cardiologist and primary care physician. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Jo. Thank you Dr. Jo from the bottom of my heart!!! You are my Angel sent by God!!!"

"I had a really good experience at this facility. Dr Jo was very attentive to my needs. She is very personable and knew exactly what I needed. She also pushed me to my limits, when I did not want to. She also knew when I wasn’t doing exercises on my own. Always giving me feed back. The office staff at the time was her husband and daughter. All great people. Very nice , thorough, courteous. and respectful. I would recommend this physical therapy office to those in need. The location is also ideal. Right off the freeway and the parking lot is never full. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Dr Jo is very knowledgeable and professional with a great attitude and always welcoming and smiling. "Dr. Jo is awesome. I went to her clinic after my shoulder surgery for some PT. She did a great job. It took me a few months to get healed and almost back to normal, but with her help, knowledge and persistence I was able to strengthen my shoulder and almost make a full recovery. "I am writing to express my profound gratitude for Dr. Jo Elaine at Demetrios Physical Therapy in Murrieta, CA. My mother, who has faced significant challenges due to multiple strokes, began seeing Dr. Jo a short while ago for issues related to her legs. She was experiencing severe pain, her legs would shake, and she was unable to walk without dragging them.
Dr. Jo’s expertise and compassionate care have made a remarkable difference in my mother’s condition. After just a few sessions, my mother regained significant strength in her legs. She is now able to walk without dragging her feet, which has dramatically improved her mobility and quality of life.
In addition to her leg issues, my mother was also suffering from intractable lower back pain. Our primary care physician referred her to Dr. Jo again. In just one session, Dr. Jo identified the underlying cause of the pain, which was an issue with her pelvis not being properly aligned. This misalignment was causing her vertebrae to be stiff and not aligned due to the arthritis and spinal stiffness. Dr. Jo performed a precise adjustment, and for the first time in over a decade, my mother was able to walk straight without the need for a walker.

"I got here right after back surgery, feeling a lot of pain, couldn’t even walk or stand up. Went to other physical therapy’s and the treatment and sensation they gave was pure, and no progress in my situation.
Offer requested a switch of therapy I finally met this place.
